Job Description

Senior Sales Recruiter


Key Responsibilities:


🔹

Bulk Sales Hiring

  • Manage

    high-volume recruitment

    for Inside Sales, Field Sales, Tele-Sales, Business Development, and Area Sales roles.
  • Build and maintain large candidate pipelines for continuous hiring requirements.
  • Conduct mass screening drives, walk-ins, job fairs, and campus hiring for sales positions.


🔹

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on sales skills, targets achieved, communication ability, and market awareness.
  • Schedule interviews, assessments, and panel discussions with hiring managers.
  • Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with hiring SLAs and monthly hiring targets.


🔹

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with Sales Heads, HR Managers, and Department Leaders to understand manpower requirements.
  • Provide MIS reports, hiring dashboards, and candidate pipeline updates to management.
  • Align hiring efforts with business expansion plans and timelines.


🔹

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, and vendor networks for rapid sourcing.
  • Build and maintain databases of high-performing sales candidates.
  • Manage vendor coordination for bulk hiring support (if required).


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of proven experience in Sales Recruitment with strong experience in Bulk Hiring.

  • Strong understanding of sales roles, KPIs, revenue-driven hiring, and target-based candidate evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sourcing skills across platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and social hiring.
  • Ability to manage pressure, aggressive targets, and tight hiring deadlines.
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment management tools.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience hiring for BPO, Telecom, EdTech, FMCG, or SaaS sales teams.
  • Experience conducting large walk-in drives and mega hiring events.
  • Strong analytical skills for hiring metrics and reporting.


Location: preferably Bangalore

Salary: 4LPA to 7LPA
