Senior Talent Acquisition

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, starting from sourcing to induction. Your main tasks will include identifying, sourcing, and screening candidates from an engineering background. You will also be required to build relationships with colleges, conduct/participate in recruitment events, and hire suitable talent from colleges. To source candidates, you will use resume databases, job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting techniques. Additionally, you will conduct telephone interviews to pre-screen candidates, schedule interviews, and assist with travel arrangements for candidates. It will be important for you to update and maintain the applicant tracking database in the recruiting automation tool and collaborate with other recruiters and hiring managers from QuEST office locations. In terms of work experience, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in science or engineering and have a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting of engineering professionals. A positive attitude that quickly adapts to process changes and improvement suggestions is essential for this role. You should have a strong understanding of current and emerging technology positions and trends, staying updated with changes within the technology profession. Your proven ability to build and implement successful, creative approaches to talent acquisition, using the latest innovative recruiting resources and techniques, will be crucial. Experience and comfort with cold calling candidates at all levels is required, along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), strong analytical, evaluation, persuasive, and negotiation skills are also necessary for this position.,
