Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Candidates:

  Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract qualified candidates.

• Screening Resumes:

  Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company culture.

• Conducting Interviews:

  Assist in conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.

• Coordination:

  Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.

• Candidate Experience:

  Maintain positive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Data Management:

  Maintain accurate records of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system and generate reports as needed.

• Employer Branding:

  Support initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand, including participation in job fairs and networking events.

• Compliance:

  Ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations, including diversity and inclusion practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in recruitment in Financial sector is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
