Summary : We're looking for a strong Product designer to help us continue to push the boundaries of what is possible. Youll help define the product experience across Ocrolus’s Customer facing Dashboard for small and medium business (SMB) lenders, partnering with external and internal users, product management, UX Research, and engineering to make sure we continue to lead and innovate by UI/UX problems within our platform today. What you'll do: Sourcing and Recruitment: Actively source and engage candidates for both technical and non-technical roles using advanced search methods, AI-driven sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networks. Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and manage candidate pipelines. Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job advertisements across multiple channels.
