Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead

    end-to-end recruitment

    for technical & non-technical positions in the aviation/airline industry.
  • Partner with

    business leaders and HR

    to define manpower requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist

    candidates using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Resdex, Employee Referrals, etc.).
  • Manage

    interview coordination, salary negotiations, and offer roll-outs

    .
  • Maintain and enhance the

    candidate experience and employer branding

    initiatives.
  • Track recruitment metrics to ensure

    hiring efficiency and quality

    .

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience

    in Talent Acquisition, preferably in

    aviation, airline, or MRO organizations

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    technical and non-technical hiring

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    ATS systems, job portals, and LinkedIn hiring solutions

    .
  • Excellent

    stakeholder management and communication skills

    .
