Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition – Senior Associate (Contract) to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across technical and non-technical roles in a high-growth, mission-led organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, proven experience with technical hiring, and a passion for delivering excellent candidate experiences. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Recruitment Drive full-cycle hiring for roles across engineering, product, data, operations, and more. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specs, interview plans, and hiring strategies. 2. Sourcing & Talent Pipelining Proactively identify talent through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, and Boolean searches. Build a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates. 3. Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning recruitment goals and timelines. Provide regular hiring updates and insights to stakeholders. 4. Candidate Experience Ensure a seamless and personalized candidate journey from outreach to offer. Represent the company brand professionally and positively at all touchpoints. 5. Market Intelligence & Branding Share insights on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability. Contribute to employer branding campaigns or virtual hiring events. 6. Reporting & ATS Management Utilize ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) to manage hiring funnels and recruitment data. Document feedback, track progress, and generate reports. 7. Compliance & Process Optimization Ensure recruitment processes align with DEI and legal guidelines. Continuously identify ways to improve speed, quality, and candidate engagement. Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced tech startup or recruitment consultancy. Proven ability to recruit across a range of technical and non-technical functions. Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and hiring strategies. Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
