As a Recruitment Specialist at Hunar.AI, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates from various job portals for our Fintech, NBFC, and BFSI clients. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements and client expectations. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, which involve initial screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Additionally, you will be expected to meet hiring targets for bulk recruitment within defined timelines.
