Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Technology & Services Talent Acquisition Partner, with a passion for providing a great experience to candidates and our internal customers, to join our India Recruitment team. You will be responsible for frontline recruitment process, sources, and channels. In addition, this position will introduce process improvements to the overall frontline recruitment strategy to attract high volume of candidates in compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory and organizational standards. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment. Role & responsibilities: Ownership of business functions across levels & locations. Manage the full recruitment life cycle i.e. from job post to on-boarding. Develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates. Creatively source, engage and evaluate top-tier talent, building diverse pipelines. Monitor advert responses daily, ensuring suitable candidates are sent to hiring managers as per defined timelines. Ensure candidates are kept up to date through phone calls, emails and automations in the tool Build continuous future talent pipeline for key roles through competition & Industry mapping. Providing insights to hiring managers regarding market conditions and competitor analysis. Promote and drive inclusive focused & diverse recruiting practices and methodologies. Partner closely with leadership to understand talent requirements, build recruitment strategy, and deliver top talent across multiple hiring groups. Work on other recruiting projects as needed while collaborating with the immediate & broader team. Maintain data at all times & share weekly report as required. Preferred candidate profile: For Level 1- Freshers or prior experience in bulk recruitment is preferred. Strong understanding of terminology, tools, and platforms in order to speak knowledgeably to both hiring managers and candidates. Highly competent in the use of job boards to create projects and source candidates for live roles and the pipeline using a variety of sourcing techniques. Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward. Proactive, comfortable and ability to thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment. Analytically minded, using data to drive decisions with excellent attention to details.
