Senior BI Report Developer

We are looking for a Senior BI Report Developer with strong Tableau expertise to join our Revenue Operations team in EMEA, reporting to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, who is based in the UK. In this role, you will design and deliver intuitive dashboards and reports, ensuring stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations have access to accurate and actionable insights. You will work closely with Data Engineering to optimize data pipelines and partner with business leaders to translate complex requirements into meaningful visualisations that enable data-driven decisions.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that support executive, sales, and finance decision-making
• Develop and optimize Tableau data sources and extracts, ensuring efficient SQL queries and high performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tableau issues including performance, data accuracy, and connectivity
• Document Tableau development standards and reporting governance to promote consistency and reusability
• Provide training, guidance, and support to business users to expand self-service BI adoption
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure pipelines and data models are optimized for Tableau reporting
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive, actionable dashboards
• Monitor Tableau usage and performance, making recommendations for continuous improvement
• Stay current with Tableau releases and BI best practices to continually enhance reporting capability

Be Prepared — What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience developing Tableau dashboards and data visualisations
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions and impactful visual outputs
• Expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud, including performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Understanding of BI concepts such as data modelling, KPI definition, and governance
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly Finance, Sales Ops, and Data Engineering
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong design sense, with the ability to create user-friendly, visually engaging dashboards
• Experience providing user training, documentation, and driving BI adoption across teams
• Knowledge of additional BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Qlik) and cloud platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks) is a plus

• Be recognised as the Tableau subject matter expert for Infoblox, driving BI adoption and enabling self-service analytics across the organisation .
