Senior Tableau Developer

Role Overview:

The Data Visualization & Analytics Specialist will design insightful Tableau dashboards, manage data workflows in SQL/Redshift, and deliver actionable business insights to support Pharma operations. This role combines technical expertise with strong communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain

  Tableau dashboards

  to visualize KPIs and business metrics.
• Develop and optimize

  SQL/Redshift queries

  for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Automate data and reporting processes using

  Python

  or similar tools.
• Manage the

  Book of Work

  intake, prioritize, and align analytics requests with business goals.
• Conduct

  ad-hoc analyses

  and validate data using

  Advanced Excel

  .
• Translate complex

  Pharma commercial/clinical data

  into clear, actionable insights.
• Prepare concise

  executive summaries

  and present findings using

  PowerPoint

  .
• Serve as the

  analytical point of contact

  for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and data integrity.

Qualifications:

• 36 years of experience in analytics, BI, or data visualization.
• Strong proficiency in

  Tableau, SQL, Redshift, Excel

  , and

  Python

  .
• Experience in the

  Pharma or Life Sciences

  domain preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
