Key Responsibilities

Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with stakeholders across departments (including senior executives) to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical use cases.
• Provide on-demand data analysis, ad hoc reporting, and insights that support business decisions.
• Act as a Tableau SME, guiding stakeholders on how best to leverage dashboards and analytics tools for their needs.

BI Development & Reporting

• Design and develop high-quality, performance-optimized Tableau dashboards and visualizations tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Build and maintain reusable reporting templates and analytical frameworks for rapid ad hoc analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of reports by validating data and following BI governance best practices.

Data Integration & Automation

• Leverage SQL (Redshift/Databricks) to extract, transform, and analyze data efficiently for reporting purposes.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes using SQL-based workflows where possible.
• Support data pipeline monitoring and troubleshooting in collaboration with data engineering teams.

Governance & Best Practices

• Implement Row-Level Security and data governance policies in dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards for data access, privacy, and visual design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related domains.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with

  Tableau

  (Desktop).
• Strong

  SQL

  expertise with hands-on experience in

  Amazon Redshift

  or other cloud data platforms.
• Proven experience developing ad hoc reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of data visualization best practices and performance tuning in Tableau.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
