Senior Tableau Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop to provide insights into business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs, ensuring that data visualizations align with organizational goals.
• Utilize Snowflake for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Implement best practices in data visualization and business intelligence to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members and stakeholders to promote effective use of Tableau and data-driven decision-making.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Tableau and business intelligence to continuously improve processes and tools.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Tableau development and best practices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of

  4 to 9 years

  of experience in Tableau development and business intelligence.
• Proficiency in

  Tableau Desktop

  and a strong understanding of data visualization principles.
• Experience with

  Snowflake

  and other data warehousing solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
