Senior Tableau Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy

  advanced Tableau dashboards, stories, and visual analytics solutions

  for clients across industries.
• Collaborate with

  data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders

  to understand data needs and develop impactful visualizations.
• Transform complex business requirements into intuitive, interactive dashboards and reports.
• Ensure

  data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization

  across all Tableau solutions.
• Lead

  data modeling, ETL integration

  , and dashboard performance tuning initiatives.
• Maintain and administer

  Tableau Server/Online environments

  including user access, content promotion, and governance.
• Provide

  mentorship and guidance

  to junior developers and BI analysts.
• Contribute to

  BI best practices

  , frameworks, and process improvements within the analytics team.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience

  in business intelligence and analytics, with at least

  7+ years dedicated to Tableau development

  .
• Proven experience delivering

  enterprise-grade Tableau dashboards

  in a consulting or analytics firm environment.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Deep understanding of

  data modeling

  principles.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients to gather requirements and present insights.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with

  for data processing and analytics.
• Tableau certification (Desktop Certified Professional or higher).
• Experience in
