Key Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize market access, brand performance, and claims insights.
• Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, aggregation, and reporting from multiple structured and unstructured sources.
• Analyze IQVIA claims and MMIT data (claims standard, eLaaD, Remit, Rejection, NBRx, TRx, IGG4 Claims) and derive meaningful insights to support Patient Access and Commercial Analytics teams
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines in Databricks using PySpark and SQL for large-scale data ingestion, transformation, and validation

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in BI roles.
• Strong proficiency in Databricks, SQL, and Tableau
• Proven experience in Tableau dashboard development and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with US healthcare industry particularly in IQVIA claims and IQVIA eLaad and MMIT datasets
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment in delivering high-quality data solutions.
