Who We’re Looking For

A hands-on Full Stack Engineer who lives and breathes modern web development. Someone who doesn’t just write code — but owns it. From idea to deployment, from bug fix to feature scale.

You’ll be part of a high-performance, founder-led team solving real engineering challenges for global clients. This is not a job for someone looking to coast. This is for someone who wants to build a name doing serious, smart, scalable work.

Tech Stack You Must Own

• Backend:

  Node.js, JavaScript, MongoDB, MySQL

• Frontend:

  React.js and/or Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Dev Tools:

  Git, Docker, Ubuntu, CI/CD pipelines, Monitoring tools

• Design Workflow:

  Comfortable using Figma

Good to Have (Bonus Points)

• PHP, Laravel
• Angular
• Java
• Python
• PostgreSQL

Methodology & Tools

• Agile development practices (Scrum/Kanban)
• JIRA or equivalent project/task management tools
• Version control with Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
• Familiarity with CI/CD automation and DevOps workflows
• Use of Slack, Notion, and other modern collaboration tools
