Senior Software Engineer

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET / C#.
• Proficient in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL databases (preferably SQL Server), and Git.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, OOP, and design patterns.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to take ownership of projects.
• Lead and mentor a small team of 2–3 developers — conduct code reviews, guide architecture decisions, and ensure best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Participate in customer discussions and travel across India to support solution rollouts, gather feedback, and troubleshoot on-site issues.
• Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, from architecture to deployment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
