About The Team And The Role TCGplayer connects hobbyists and hobby businesses to communities. As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead and manage a team of engineers that focus on developing, upgrading, scaling and advancing our applications. Your team will be primarily responsible for building and maintaining TCGplayer’s Point-of-Sale product with an emphasis on supporting store operations like employee and customer management and other back office needs. You will be part of the Landing Page Data Operations team, which supports Product and Development to maintain data quality and landing page lifecycle management. As an analyst, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and providing data insights to enhance the quality of the underlying data that defines ebay’s category and product-based landing pages. This role requires a blend of technical skills, data analysis, and business acumen to ensure our landing pages are high-quality. Job Responsibilities Analyze landing page data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Use data to measure the performance of different landing page variations and campaigns. Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Use data to forecast future trends and make data-driven decisions. Minimum Qualifications BA or BS in computer science, information science, or related area of study Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with data collection, processing, and analysis. Knowledge of web analytics and A/B testing methodologies. Ability to communicate data insights and recommendations clearly and concisely. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
