Software Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Software Team Lead to guide our full-stack development team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in both backend and frontend development, with specific expertise in .NET, React, SQL Server, and Cloud Applications. This role requires proven experience in leading, mentoring, and managing a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and robust software solutions.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

CategorySkills & Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience. Minimum 2+ years in a formal Team Lead or Senior/Lead Developer role.

Backend:Expert proficiency in .NET (C#, .NET Core, Web API). Strong knowledge of RESTful service design and microservices architecture.

Frontend:Expert proficiency with React and its ecosystem (Redux, Hooks, routing). Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Database:Deep expertise in SQL Server development, including advanced T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.

Cloud:Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and managing applications on a major Cloud Platform: (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.

AI:Knowledge or handson experience in AI tools will be added benefit

LeadershipProven ability to lead, mentor, manage conflicts, and conduct technical interviews and performance reviews.

MethodologyStrong working knowledge of Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and proficiency with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.

Pay: ₹413,803.81 - ₹857,774.63 per year
