Role Description

This is a contract role for a Telesales Specialist, located on-site in Vadodara. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services. Daily tasks include generating leads, managing customer queries and complaints, maintaining customer profiles, and meeting sales targets. The Telesales Specialist will be expected to provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism throughout all interactions.

Qualifications

• BBA MArketing or Related Fields.
• Freshers with good Confidance.
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and Training
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
• Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is beneficial
