Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sholinganallur for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will focus on reaching out to prospective customers via phone calls to promote the company’s automotive repair solutions. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing product information, managing leads, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The role also involves addressing customer queries and supporting them with relevant training as needed. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening abilities Proven Sales skills with a record of meeting or exceeding targets Experience in delivering Training to customers on product use is highly desirable Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the auto-repair industry or related technologies is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
