Role Description

The Telesales Specialist will engage daily in interacting with potential customers to promote and sell SROY GROUP's services while ensuring excellent customer support. Responsibilities include generating leads, addressing customer inquiries, closing sales, and providing training or guidance as needed. Candidates will also collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to customer satisfaction strategies. This is a full-time, remote role with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries, provide guidance, and resolve issues effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to clearly relay information and build positive relationships with clients
• Proven Sales experience and the ability to meet sales targets through active engagement with customers
• Experience in providing Training and guidance to clients or team members is a plus
• Self-motivated, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Basic knowledge of banking and financial services is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant tools or CRM systems is preferred
