Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Specialist, requiring work in Kharar with flexible work-from-home opportunities. The Telesales Specialist will engage with customers to provide exceptional service, respond to inquiries, and support their property needs. Core responsibilities will include making outbound calls, addressing customer concerns, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a critical role in building strong relationships with clients and contributing to the success of the organization through proactive communication and problem-solving. Qualifications Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to manage inquiries effectively and provide solutions. Strong Communication skills to engage with customers and handle calls in a professional and friendly manner. Proficiency in Sales and Training to achieve targets and support the onboarding of new team members, if needed. Excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on building long-term customer relationships. Previous telesales or customer interaction experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team structure. A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and dedication to meeting customer needs.
