🔹 About the Role:
SROY GROUP is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage a team of field executives for Sound Box Onboarding Projects in Siliguri. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital payment onboarding (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BharatPe) and the ability to lead a team effectively to achieve business targets.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of minimum 10 field executives.Ensure daily onboarding targets are met for digital payment QR setups.Conduct training, performance tracking, and motivation sessions.Handle client relations and ensure high-quality service delivery.Report daily progress and team performance to management.🔹 Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in QR/Digital Payment Onboarding (PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, BharatPe).Must have a ready team of at least 10 active field executives.Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.Ability to work independently and handle field operations efficiently.🔹 Why Join Us:Competitive salary up to ₹28,000/month + performance incentives 💸Growth opportunity with a reputed BC & digital service provider 🚀Dynamic and supportive work environment 🤝
