Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Leader, located in Begusarai with some work from home acceptance. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations, manage and mentor a team of field executives, and ensure the efficient delivery of services. Responsibilities include setting team goals, providing training and support to team members, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and liaising with other departments to ensure compliance with company objectives. Additionally, the Team Leader will be involved in strategic planning and will report directly to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Team Management skills: Ability to lead and manage a diverse team, mentor team members, and resolve conflicts.
  • Banking and Financial Services knowledge: Understanding of biometric-based banking operations, financial literacy, and payroll management.
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders, and provide real-time assistance to team members.
  • Digital and Technological skills: Familiarity with digital inclusion strategies, tech-enabled solutions, and monitoring of BC agents.
  • Organizational and Planning skills: Ability to set team goals, monitor performance, and assist in strategic planning.
  • Relevant experience in the banking or financial services sector will be beneficial.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of in-office and remote work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
