The Role at High Level:

Senior Full Stack Engineer

Director of Engineering

Compensation for this role is between ₹2,500,000 - ₹3,000,000 / year

What You'll Be Expected To Own:

• End-to-End Feature Development

  : Lead feature development from architecture to deployment, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical quality.

• Service Ownership

  : Implement systems to monitor application performance, proactively addressing potential issues and ensuring SLAs are met.

• Code Quality and Standards

  : Enforce clean code practices, maintain standards, and conduct regular code reviews.

• Infrastructure Management

  : Design scalable cloud infrastructure and automate deployment pipelines to support stable releases.

• Continuous Learning and Improvement

  : Drive team efficiency by adopting new tools, sharing insights, and facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions.

What You Bring To The Table:

• 5+ years of full-stack development with JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular/ Vue.js) and server-side technologies (C#, .NET preferred).
• 2–3 years of professional experience developing modern web applications using React.js, with strong understanding of hooks, and state management via Redux or Context API. Solid foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET Core, with a focus on designing and developing RESTful APIs. Skilled in working with SQL Server or other relational databases, using Entity Framework or Dapper for data access.
• Familiarity with frontend testing tools like Jest and React Testing Library, with a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Comfortable with Git version control, and working in environments with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, with strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus points if:

• Familiarity with AI tools and automation to enhance team productivity.
• Knowledge of advanced cloud management practices or certifications in AWS or GCP.
