About The Position We are looking for a dynamic and enterprising One Engineer for Oracle-NetSuite team in Hyderabad location. As a One Engineer, you will be responsible for development, testing and test automation in the team. In this role, you will help us deliver our market leading product that powers many of the world’s largest ERP. You will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications. Ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to apply technology to solve real business problems. You should be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical constituencies. Above all, you will demonstrate a clear ability to create robust, easily extensible solutions for our customers. Career Level - IC3 Responsibilities Responsibilities : Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, etc. Create prototypes, write unit test scripts, and deploy solutions to different deployment environments Work with Quality Assurance in resolving issues reported internally or by customers and come up with root cause analysis of issues reported Translate user requirements into technical solutions Resolve development / troubleshooting solution issues and get final delivery done according to time constraints Conduct test planning, testing, and writing automated tests Understand testing practices, techniques, and types Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards May need to lead, occasionally mentor new team members, and take responsibility of sprint and release commitments, impediment resolution, handling escalations Provide occasional support to new team members Focus on quality and application performance Flexibility to perform other team roles where needed Follow the SCRUM framework & methodology requirements laid out by the team Experience/Skills : B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E. or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing software products Familiarity with various software programming techniques and software development tools is a must Minimum of five years' experience programming in Java/JEE and experience with web application development Experience in testing of Web applications Skilled in integration approaches and strategies Experience with architecting systems Development experience with rich UI development (MVVM and etc.) Experience developing JavaScript based single page applications using Web-Services and JavaScript libraries Advanced HTML skills: HTML5, CSS 3, XHTML, JSP would be an added advantage About Us As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow’s technology to tackle today’s challenges.
