🔹 Take ownership of a portfolio of Managed Services and project clients, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery.🔹 Drive

delivery excellence

, uphold SLAs, and ensure top-tier client satisfaction 💪.🔹 Lead and mentor global delivery teams — fostering collaboration and accountability.🔹 Host customer meetings, status reviews, and executive briefings with confidence and clarity 🎤.🔹 Provide insights through dashboards, reports, and data-driven decisions 📊.🔹 Manage incidents, RCAs, and governance frameworks with precision.🔹 Collaborate with finance for billing, invoicing, and resource utilization.🔹 Support cloud transformation initiatives across

AWS, OCI, and hybrid environments

☁️.🔹 Continuously improve delivery processes and service frameworks to drive operational efficiency.

What You Bring

✔ 12+ years in Service Delivery Management (MSP or enterprise IT environment).✔ 5+ years of experience across

Azure / OCI / AWS / Engineered Systems

.✔ Strong knowledge of

ITIL practices

(Incident, Problem, Change, Request).✔ Proven leadership and client management skills.✔ Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

💡

Bonus Points If You Have

✨ ITIL v4 / PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications.✨ Experience with

ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, SharePoint

.✨ Strong data analytics and reporting skills.✨ A calm, problem-solving mindset under pressure 🔧.

Education
