THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery across multiple engineering squads. You will help teams stay focused on their goals, remove blockers, and ensure seamless coordination between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, bring strong organizational skills, and are passionate about building high-performing Agile teams delivering AI-powered enterprise systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  Agile Facilitation

  • 
    Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

  • 
    Ensure Agile ceremonies are efficient, collaborative, and outcome-driven.

• 
  Delivery Management

  • 
    Track sprint progress, backlog health, and delivery timelines.

  • 
    Partner with Product Owners to ensure prioritization aligns with business outcomes.

  • 
    Drive transparency using Agile dashboards, reports, and metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput).

• 
  Team Coaching & Support

  • 
    Coach engineering teams on Agile best practices, estimation, and self-organization.

  • 
    Help identify and remove impediments that block progress.

  • 
    Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.

• 
  Stakeholder Collaboration

  • 
    Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and business teams.

  • 
    Communicate delivery risks, dependencies, and progress to leadership.

• 
  Agile Transformation

  • 
    Contribute to scaling Agile across squads and programs.

  • 
    Help evolve processes for distributed, cross-functional, and AI-focused teams.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have

• 
  3–5 years of experience in Agile project management, delivery, or Scrum Master roles.

• 
  Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

• 
  Hands-on with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).

• 
  Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

• 
  Proven ability to manage multiple squads and cross-team dependencies.

Good-to-Have

• 
  Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).

• 
  Experience in cloud-native, AI/ML, or SaaS product environments.

• 
  Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Agile at scale.

• 
  Exposure to BFSI, GRC, or other enterprise-grade compliance-driven environments.
