Senior Scrum Master

You are an experienced Senior Scrum Master with a strong background in project delivery, seeking to join a dynamic team at our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the agile development process, ensuring that the team adheres to Scrum principles, and driving successful project delivery. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of agile methodologies. Additionally, as the owner of Product Delivery, a strong background in Software Development is essential. Your responsibilities will include playing the Scrum Master role, running sprint life cycles for a software development team, and diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. You will guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers. Furthermore, you will facilitate self-organization within the team, ensuring adherence to the Scrum methodology and fostering best practices. You will be responsible for removing impediments and coaching the team to higher levels of Scrum maturity. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will arrange daily stand-up scrum meetings, facilitate various meetings, and ensure quick inspection and proper adaptation processes. Maintaining the product backlog by collaborating with stakeholders will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a degree from a recognized university and be Scrum certified with at least 8-12 years of experience in Product Development or IT Consulting Delivery teams. A deep understanding of Agile Scrum methodology, SDLC process, and Agile techniques is required. You should be familiar with common development practices, service-oriented environments, and cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS.
