Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Executive Assistant role located in Surat. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, preparing expense reports, offering executive support, and ensuring effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth and revenue targets.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients in domestic and international markets.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Present product collections to buyers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Conduct regular market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the design, production, and merchandising teams to align product offerings with market needs.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and order terms with clients.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare accurate weekly/monthly reports for management review.
• Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and sales events to represent the company and expand market reach.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in the fashion/apparel/textile industry

• Strong network of industry contacts (buyers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret fashion trends and customer needs.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to travel for client visits, exhibitions, and business meetings.
