Position: Sales Manager

Department: Wood Panel & Composite

Location: Chinar Park

Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years (Wood Panel / Composite / Plywood / Laminates Industry)

Salary- Upto 15-16 LPA

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned and result-oriented Sales Manager with extensive experience in the Wood Panel & Composite industry. The role requires strategic leadership, market expansion expertise, and strong industry connections to drive revenue growth and strengthen our brand presence. The candidate must have proven expertise in handling large dealer/distributor networks, institutional clients, and high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve short-term and long-term revenue targets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new business opportunities across projects, dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
  • Formulate region-wise sales plans and ensure effective penetration in existing and new markets.

Client & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and key institutional buyers.
  • Strengthen dealer and distributor networks by providing necessary support, training, and motivation to maximize sales performance.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support and resolution of client queries.

Market Intelligence & Product Positioning

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, pricing, and market demand to adapt business strategies accordingly.
  • Provide insights to management for product development, market positioning, and promotional activities.
  • Support the launch of new products and ensure effective market penetration.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve set sales targets.
  • Conduct periodic training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
  • Monitor sales performance through defined KPIs and prepare regular MIS reports for senior management.

Operational Excellence & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, credit control, and collection norms.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Represent the organization in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience:

     Minimum 10 years in Sales within Wood Panel / Composite / Plywood / Laminates industry.
  • Network:

     Strong connect with dealers, distributors, architects, and institutional clients.
  • Skills:

     Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Leadership:

     Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing sales teams.
  • Mindset:

     Result-driven, analytical thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Mobility:

     Willingness to travel extensively for business development.

Education Qualification:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Technical knowledge of wood panel/composite materials will be an added advantage.
