Job Description We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Senior business development manager (BDE) to spearhead, strategise and stimulate growth for our service offerings by acquiring new clients, expanding strategic partnerships, strengthening market presence and exploring new avenues. In this role, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and a proven ability to close high-value enterprise deals. Key Responsibilities · Strong understanding of B2B sales and enterprise solution selling · Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. · Strategic thinker with a bias for execution · Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions · Identify, generate, and qualify leads across multiple industries · Proficiency in LinkedIn for lead gen, branding & outreach. · Must have hands-on experience in hard cold calling and sales closure · Strong analytical, organizational & multitasking capabilities · Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events (as required) · Contribute to internal brainstorming and cross-functional growth efforts · Collaborate with technical and management teams to develop customized proposals/ quotations and related documentations. · Coordinate with the development team to fulfil client requirements · Engage and align with the Senior decision makers to achieve company growth · Ready to travel across the country for any sales opportunity Required Skills No criteria for Education Degree At least 6+ years of experience in B2B Sales Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT / Software Sales (Freshers with good communication can also apply) Job location : Thane Candidates having sound understanding of Digital Marketing principles, SLDC will have an added advantage. Early joiners are preferred.
