Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Senior Sales Marketing Manager based in Mumbai. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans, leading a dynamic team to achieve revenue targets, and managing client relationships. Daily responsibilities include developing client acquisition strategies, managing sales cycles, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance market reach. Additionally, the manager will oversee product promotions, analyze sales performance metrics, and recommend initiatives for growth and expansion.


Skills

  • Proven sales expertise including client relationship management, lead generation, and negotiation
  • Experience in marketing strategies, campaign management, and brand positioning
  • Strong leadership skills, including team management and mentorship
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills and ability to derive insights from market research and sales data
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools
  • Deep understanding of the banking and financial technology sector; prior experience working within fintech is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred


Qualification:

  • B.Sc. IT or BMS
  • MBA in Sales / Marketing (preferred)


Experience:

  • 8–11 years in 

    Software Sales

  • Minimum 

    4+ years of relevant experience in Lending / Banking Software Sales
