A leader in the Real Estate sales and development sector—focused on residential and commercial property sales across India. We operate in a fast-moving, customer-centric market that demands strong field sales execution, broker-network management, and data-driven pipeline control to drive revenue growth and market share.

Role:

Senior Sales Manager - Real Estate Sales (On-site, India)Role & Responsibilities
  • Own revenue targets and P&L for assigned territories: build and execute quarterly/annual sales plans to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Lead, coach and scale a field sales team and broker network—set KPIs, run regular performance reviews, and enable high-velocity selling on the ground.
  • Drive end-to-end sales lifecycle: lead generation, qualification, site presentations, negotiations, deal closure, and post-sales handover to operations.
  • Develop and manage relationships with developers, brokers, corporates, and channel partners to expand referral pipelines and close high-value transactions.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM usage—ensure accurate pipeline hygiene, produce timely forecasts, and surface market intelligence to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, legal, and finance to streamline pricing, documentation, delivery timelines, and customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets; 2+ years in a managerial or team-lead role.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills on high-value residential or commercial property transactions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing field sales teams, broker networks, and channel-partner relationships.
  • Strong CRM and pipeline-management skills (Salesforce, Zoho, Freshsales or equivalent) and advanced Excel for reporting and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management abilities; willing to travel extensively across India for on-site sales and partner engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent demonstrable experience).

Preferred

  • Experience in PropTech, developer sales, or working with national broker networks and institutional clients.
  • Knowledge of basic property law, financing structures (EMI/ROI), and pricing/valuation models.
  • Experience implementing digital lead-generation campaigns and connecting online funnels to field sales processes.
