Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our property sales operations in the Kurali–Kharar area. The candidate must have a strong Channel Partner (CP) network, experience in real estate sales, and personal conveyance for local travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive residential and commercial property sales in Kurali and nearby locations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and local agents.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits and close sales independently.
• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local networking.
• Coordinate with internal teams for sales documentation and customer onboarding.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of real estate sales experience (mandatory).
• Strong channel partner and broker network in the Kharar–Kurali area.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Must have own conveyance for client meetings and site visits.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
