As a Senior Business Development Manager in Real Estate at Rana Infracon India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in leading the investor acquisition and expansion initiatives. We are seeking an individual who is dynamic, self-driven, and well-connected in the market. If you possess a robust network of High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Channel Partners (CPs), coupled with a keen eye for real estate investments, this role presents a significant opportunity for your career advancement. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, engaging, and onboarding investors such as HNIs, CPs, and channel partners. You will drive business growth through strategic alliances and investment sales, focusing on presenting and promoting our real estate investment offerings with clarity on Return on Investment (ROI). Leading client meetings, pitches, and negotiations to successful closures will be a key aspect of your role. Building enduring relationships based on trust and value delivery to ensure repeat business will also be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be exploring and expanding opportunities in affordable housing and ROI-based investment models. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in real estate business development, investment sales, or channel management. A strong network and influence in the investor/CP ecosystem are essential, along with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A passion for real estate, a drive for achieving targets, and self-motivation are qualities we value. Previous experience in affordable housing will be considered a plus.
