Salary: No bar for the right candidate About the role: We’re looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and well-networked Senior Business Development Manager to lead our investor acquisition and expansion efforts. If you have a strong network of HNIs/CPs and a sharp eye for investment-driven real estate growth, this role is your next big step. Key Responsibilities: Source, engage, and onboard investors (HNIs, CPs, and channel partners). Drive business growth through strategic alliances and investment sales. Present and promote our real estate investment offerings with a clear focus on ROI. Lead client meetings, pitches, and negotiations to closure. Build long-term relationships and ensure repeat business through trust and value delivery. Explore and expand opportunities in affordable housing and ROI-based investment models. What we are looking for: Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate BD, investment sales, or channel management. Strong network and influence in the investor/CP ecosystem. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Passionate about real estate, target-driven, and self-motivated. Prior experience in affordable housing is a plus.
