● Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team focused on driving revenue for BeFiSc’s Bank Statement Analysis product. ● Drive end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, nurturing, converting, and onboarding clients.
● Develop targeted sales strategies for BFSI institutions including banks, NBFCs, and digital lenders in India.
● Cultivate strong client relationships and become a trusted advisor on fintech solutions.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and tech teams to refine product-market fit based on customer inputs.
● Monitor industry trends, compliance, and competitive landscape to maintain market edge.
● Negotiate contracts, close deals, and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.
● 5-8 years’ experience in fintech sales, banking SaaS, or digital lending solutions.
● Proven track record managing and coaching sales teams to exceed targets.
● Demonstrated experience selling Financial Analysis products or related financial technology solutions.
● Strong knowledge of the Indian financial services market and lending workflows.
● Excellent consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
● Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines; MBA preferred.
