WHAT’S IN THE STORE Are you passionate about driving sales and revenue growth? We're looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team in Noida, focusing on selling innovative SaaS IT products. As a key member of our sales force, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals to propel our SaaS products. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets for SaaS IT products. Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to address their challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and product presentations. Collaborate closely with the team to generate leads, leveraging and running sales campaigns and initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Fintech sector. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to sales. This will be an addon: Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field. 1-3+ years of experience in sales.
