Location: MumbaiDepartment: Sales & Business DevelopmentExperience: 2-3 years Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Sales Associate to drive business development and sales.This role will focus on expanding market share, driving client relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle for our cryptographic and PKI (Public key Infrastructure) Solutions. The Senior Sales Associate will identify new opportunities, engage with clients, and work closely with reseller partners and internal teams to deliver effective solutions for our customers in the Capital Market and Fintech. Key Responsibilities: Market & Client Opportunity Identification:Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities within current markets, focusing on BFSI verticals including Capital Market and Fintech.Understand the evolving needs and requirements of clients in the BFSI sector and align our products and services accordingly to support their growth and security needs. Client Analysis & Solution Provision:Analyze, discuss, and understand the client's challenges, needs, and requirements. Provide tailored solutions to clients based on a deep understanding of their unique pain points, utilizing our products such as HSM, Tokenization, and KMS Client Introduction & Product Demos:Give introductory presentations and first-level product demos to clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our solutions offerings.Clearly communicate the product benefits and how our solutions will address the client’s specific data protection and compliance needs. Collaboration with Reseller Partners:Work closely with reseller partners to create and execute a long-term company strategy that enhances brand awareness, promotes social media marketing, and drives sales in the market.Ensure that resellers are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to sell our solutions effectively.Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle for direct business, from lead generation to closing deals with clients across Capital Market and Fintech.Coordinate all business operations during the sales process to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions to clients. Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain superior client relationships to ensure continued client satisfaction and loyalty.Proactively engage in cross-selling and upselling additional our products to existing clients based on evolving needs and opportunities. Lead Generation & Marketing Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing team to drive new lead generation efforts and ensure a continuous sales pipeline for our solutions.Participate in marketing campaigns and strategies to promote our products within the BFSI sector. Partner Training & Engagement:Provide training and support to the partner team, ensuring they understand the full scope of our offerings and can effectively communicate and sell our solutions.Engage in participation and presentations at business events and industry conferences to showcase JISA Softech's expertise and solutions POC Management & Client Conversion:Work closely with the POC (Proof of Concept) team to successfully conduct and complete POCs, obtaining client approval and converting POCs into Purchase Orders (POs).Ensure the timely and effective completion of POCs to secure long-term contracts with clients and partners. AMC & Renewals Management:Oversee the management of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and renewals for existing clients, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to manage POs, payments, and commercials for ongoing contracts and renewals.
