Location : Pune Requirements : *About the Role* In this role, you will play a critical part in our sales cycle by identifying customer needs, crafting compelling proposals, and delivering impactful presentations. You will be responsible for handling bids, preparing responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), and client presentations. You will also play a key role in knowledge management by creating reusable content to streamline the response process. *Responsibilities* * Analyze customer requirements and ‘translate them into technical solutions.’ * Prepare comprehensive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and develop winning proposals. *Craft compelling client presentations that showcase JISA Softech's solutions and value proposition. * Provide ‘product demonstrations’ to various client as required. * Conduct commercial simulations to assess deal viability and profitability. * Maintain and update a repository of frequently used information for RFPs and RFIs. *Collaborate with internal team’s (technical, sales, support) to brainstorm and develop optimal solutions for clients. * Prepare pricing sheets based on received requirements. *Partner coordination* for existing opportunities. **Resolving technical queries. * Do client visits if required. * Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies. *Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). * 4+ of experience in a Pre-Sales Engineer or related role. * Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and relevant solutions. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences. * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. * Experience in creating technical proposals and responding to RFPs/RFIs (a plus). * Experience with commercial simulations and pricing strategies (a plus). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Team player with a collaborative work style Show more Show less
