Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales role based in Delhi, India. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with distributors, and supporting the expansion of the company’s distribution network. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking sales targets, implementing sales strategies, training and mentoring sales teams, maintaining excellent customer service relationships, and overseeing effective communication between internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and establish productive relationships.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to drive growth, meet targets, and lead sales initiatives.
• Ability to effectively train and guide other sales team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Proficiency in creating and implementing sales strategies for a competitive advantage.
• Familiarity with the lubricants, grease, or automotive products market is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
