Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive located in Delhi, India. The Tender Executive will be responsible for preparing tender documents, coordinating with various departments to gather required information, submitting tenders on time, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. Additionally, the role includes following up on tender status, maintaining records of tenders and contracts, and researching potential tender opportunities to grow the business. Qualifications Experience in preparing and managing tender documents and processes Strong analytical and research skills Proficiency in coordinating with various departments and stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Familiarity with the lubricant and oil industry is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Show more Show less
