Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Senior Sales Professional with a proven track record in selling industrial doors, rolling shutters, sectional doors, and related access solutions to industrial and commercial clients. As the ideal candidate, you should possess deep industry knowledge, established relationships, and strategic insight necessary to drive business growth in this niche segment. Your responsibilities will include driving sales of industrial doors and access systems across various sectors such as manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, automotive, pharma, and infrastructure. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities through market intelligence, networking, and referrals, engaging with contractors, architects, consultants, and end clients to effectively position solutions. Client relationship management will be a key aspect of your role, involving building and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers in industrial and commercial organizations. You will need to provide customized technical solutions based on project needs and site conditions. Collaboration with technical and project execution teams will be essential for preparing proposals, BOQs, cost estimates, and delivery plans. In terms of sales strategy and execution, you will be expected to develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company growth goals, monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing dynamics, and identify areas for differentiation. If applicable, you may also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior sales executives or regional sales teams, supporting in training, performance reviews, and setting KPIs. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Industrial preferred) with an MBA in Marketing being a plus. You should have at least 17 years of experience in B2B sales of industrial doors, shutters, sectional or high-speed doors, or similar industrial products. A strong understanding of industrial project cycles, procurement processes, and contracting models is required, along with the ability to manage large accounts and close high-value deals. Proficiency in technical sales, site discussions, and proposal handling is essential, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Preferred background includes experience with reputed companies in the industrial door/access solutions industry and exposure to handling industrial projects from sectors such as FMCG, warehousing, logistics parks, airports, pharma, or auto OEMs. An understanding of automation in access systems and industrial safety norms is also beneficial. This is a strategic role focused on expanding our industrial client base, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across regions. Your responsibilities will involve driving B2B sales of industrial door solutions to clients in manufacturing, logistics, pharma, warehousing, and infrastructure sectors, developing and executing regional sales plans aligned with business goals, engaging and building long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and end clients, providing technical consultation and customized product solutions as per project requirements, collaborating with the technical and project teams for proposals, tenders, and execution plans, and keeping track of industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. If applicable, you may also mentor and guide junior sales team members. The ideal candidate should have 17+ years of strong experience in industrial sales, specifically in industrial doors, rolling shutters, sectional doors, or related access equipment, along with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Industrial); an MBA is preferred. A proven track record of handling high-value clients and industrial projects, excellent negotiation, communication, and technical selling skills, ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, and willingness to travel extensively across client sites and project locations are key requirements for this role.
