Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in jewellery retail sales, excellent communication skills,

and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

 Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized

jewellery recommendations.

 Drive sales by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of diamonds, gold, gemstones, and

jewellery designs.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and

referrals.

 Assist in visual merchandising to create an appealing store layout.

 Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new jewellery collections.

 Process sales transactions accurately and manage client records.

 Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

 Maintain product knowledge and educate customers on jewellery care and authenticity.

Requirements

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in jewellery retail sales.

✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

✅ Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

✅ Expertise in gold, diamond, and precious stone jewellery.

✅ Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

✅ Professional appearance with a customer-centric approach.

✅ Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
