·        Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in the luxury jewelry or goods industry. 

·        Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets. 

·        Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and sales skills. 

·        Strong customer service skills and a passion for building client relationships. 

·        Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software. 

·        Analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

·        Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

Sales & Customer Engagement:

·        Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. 

·        Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling. 

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty.

·        Handle high-value transactions with professionalism. 

Product & Market Knowledge:

·        Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of jewelry products, including materials, gemstones, and design styles. 

·        Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. 

·        Educate customers on the unique benefits and details of jewelry pieces. 

Store Operations & Merchandising:

·        Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and features attractive jewelry displays. 

·        Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and maintaining accurate records. 

·        Uphold brand merchandise standards and ensure security of high-value items. 

Customer Service & Issue Resolution:

·        Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. 

·        Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchange requests efficiently and professionally. 

·        Gather customer feedback to contribute to business improvement. 

Team Leadership & Training:

·        Train and mentor junior sales assistants. 

·        Lead by example in achieving sales goals and providing excellent service. 

Reporting & Analysis:

·        Prepare regular sales performance reports for senior management. 

·        Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
