Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized jewellery recommendations.
• Drive sales by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of diamonds, gold, gemstones, and jewellery designs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Assist in visual merchandising to create an appealing store layout.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new jewellery collections.
• Process sales transactions accurately and manage client records.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain product knowledge and educate customers on jewellery care and authenticity.

Requirements

3-10 years of experience

✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

✅ Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

✅ Expertise in gold, diamond, and precious stone jewellery.

✅ Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

✅ Professional appearance with a customer-centric approach.

✅ Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
