As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business and maintaining relationships with clients. Your focus will be on identifying property prospects, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored real estate solutions to drive business growth. You will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while providing clients with exceptional service throughout the buying process. Duties Responsibilities: Identify and target new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation in the real estate market. Present and sell available properties to potential buyers and investors, offering them customized solutions based on their needs and budget. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties that align with their goals. Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Track sales activity, update CRM records, and provide regular progress reports to the management team. Collaborate with the marketing team to stay informed on current property listings and promotional campaigns. Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally, ensuring positive communication at all stages of the sales process. Stay up-to-date with real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies. Skills and Qualifications: 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand and articulate the benefits of various property options and real estate services. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client interactions. A passion for real estate and helping clients find the right property to meet their needs.
