Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Position Overview:
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by developing and managing client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and delivering revenue targets. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close complex deals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Business Development – Build relationships with new architects and builders to grow the business.
· Prospecting & Lead Generation – Identify potential customers through research, networking, and outreach.
· Client Engagement & Presentations – Meet with clients and present products tailored to their needs.
· Sales Pipeline Management – Track and manage sales opportunities from start to finish.
· Deal Negotiation & Closure – Negotiate pricing and terms to close valuable deals.
· Account Management & Retention – Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
· Market & Competitor Analysis – Monitor market trends and competitors to discover new opportunities.
· Sales Reporting & Forecasting – Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
· 7+ years of proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales, ideally within [industry].
· Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
· Exceptional communication skills with fluency in spoken language, strong presentation abilities, and effective negotiation skills.
· Strong understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and solution-based selling.
