Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across the Logistics / Cold Chain sector, while also identifying cross-industry opportunities.
  2. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  3. Lead, mentor, and coordinate with a team of dynamic sales executives and customer success professionals to ensure unified goal achievement.
  4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within customer organizations.
  5. Engage with new and existing clients to understand their pain points and propose relevant technology or product solutions.
  6. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking sessions to generate leads and build visibility.
  7. Collaborate closely with the customer success and technical teams to ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and post-sale support for clients.
  8. Conduct high-level forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting using CRM tools and sales dashboards.
  9. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to fine-tune sales strategies. Coordinate with internal product and marketing teams to contribute to campaigns, customer pitches, and go-to-market initiatives.
  10. Drive enterprise-level engagements by navigating complex buying cycles and procurement processes.
  11. Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales reports to senior management, including opportunity tracking and risk mitigation.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Preferred experienced logistics / cold chain professional candidates with over 2 years of experience in Supply Chain
  2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
  3. Motivated to excel in target-driven sales environments with a focus on incentives.
  4. Technical background with a B. Tech/B.E or equivalent degree preferred; MBA with any specialization is an added advantage.
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  6. Capable of working efficiently both independently and as part of a diverse team.
